Global logistics company John Good Logistics Limited, trading as Good Logistics, has strengthened its European road freight offering by acquiring 100 percent of the share capital of Inter-Ways Limited.

Denholm Industrial Services Limited, part of the Denholm Group, has acquired 60 percent of Universal Coatings & Services Limited.

Young people’s charity The Prince’s Trust and The Denholm Group have formally renewed their partnership affirming an ongoing commitment to create lasting positive change for young people, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds. 

With the Denholm Group continuing its plans for growth, we are pleased to announce two new executive leadership appointments in support of its strategic plans.  Former Chief Financial Officer, Simon Preston, has taken up the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, while Steven Wallace has joined as Chief Financial Officer.

Work has begun on a major new £30m mackerel and herring processing facility and cold-store upgrade for Denholm Seafoods in Peterhead, which will result in increased efficiencies, enhanced product quality and a lower carbon footprint.
